2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the ClientFlow platform. If you are under 18, you may not register or use the Platform.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform. You must not misuse the Platform by introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it to send unsolicited communications.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. The 50% promotional discount is valid for the first 3 months of your subscription. After the 3-month promotional period, the regular monthly price applies. If you cancel and rejoin later, standard pricing applies. Usage charges (SMS, calls, extra users) are billed at normal rates. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
6. Promotional Offers
Promotional pricing is only valid for registrations completed by 30 November 2026, 11:59 PM Sri Lanka time. The free Solo Starter offer is limited to the first 10 customers. We may withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion where required by law. The Solo Starter free period can be cancelled before the first paid month at no cost.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of IntuVision Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntuVision Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
